Getting started with Aria
How to set up your Aria voice agent in under 15 minutes — from forwarding your number to taking your first live call.
Welcome to Aria
Aria is your 24/7 AI receptionist. This guide walks you through the first 15 minutes after signing up.
1. Confirm your account
After checkout, you'll receive a welcome email with a magic link to your dashboard. Click it to log in. No password needed.
2. Configure your agent
In the dashboard, open Agent Config and set:
- Greeting — what Aria says when picking up.
- Business hours — when Aria should answer (we recommend 24/7).
- Languages — primary language and any others your customers speak.
- Knowledge base — paste your FAQ, services, pricing, and address. Aria uses this to answer questions accurately.
3. Forward your number
You have two options:
- Use your Aria number directly — list the new EU number we assigned you on your website and Google profile.
- Forward an existing line — keep your current number and forward unanswered calls to Aria. Most phone providers support conditional forwarding (forward when busy or no answer).
4. Test your first call
Call your Aria number from your mobile, have a short conversation and try booking an appointment. The full transcript appears in your dashboard within seconds.
5. Connect your calendar
Go to Integrations and connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly. Aria will check availability in real time and book confirmed slots.
